All products from Spearo UK Ltd have a full, no quibble guarantee.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, and you payment will be refunded.

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us unused and in original condition within 14 days for a full refund of your payment.

All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against faulty materials and workmanship. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage or abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality policy
If you receive a damaged or faulty product or if the product fails within its registered years guarantee, then please contact Spearo.
Depending on the nature of the fault Spearo will either send you a replacement part with instructions on how to fit, refund the guarantee or receipt holder or send an entire new product.
